TW Stamping is one of the most experienced hot forging companies in the UK, producing components from a wide range of non ferrous metals, including high tensile brasses, high conductivity copper, and aluminium alloys and the more usual forging brasses.
We have the facility to forge components requiring from 60 tonnes to 1000 tonnes total forging force, using both manual and fully automated systems of loading on our crank, friction and vice action presses. Where integrity and strength are an issue in the design of your product, forged aluminium and brass provide the solution. Stampings do not suffer from porosity; can be near net shape, therefore reducing machining time, testing, inspection and end of bench costs.
TW Stamping has invested in the latest technology, including our CNC die manufacturing facility, assisted by our Solid Works system of 3D Cad design, which is compatible with AutoCAD, Pro Engineer, and can convert your DXF and DWG files into 3D component drawings and tooling designs. This is just part of our investment of time and resource, into maintaining our position as one of the most technologically advanced and forward-thinking non ferrous forging companies in Europe.
In addition to our state of the art forging capabilities, we have a large dedicated machining facility. CNC controlled lathes and machining centres as well as multi-spindle autos, rotary indexing machines and conventional millers, drillers and lathes ensure that we can offer components fully machined and finished to your requirements.
