TW Stamping components are supplied to a range of market sectors which include refrigeration and air conditioning, water, gas, oil, automotive, decorative and electrical.
The manufacturing service provided is based upon hot forging brass, copper and aluminum with secondary operations to meet customer specifications by either traditional or CNC machining. Where required, fully assembled products can often be supplied.
Crank, friction, screw and vice action presses, from 60 to 1000 tonne capacity, accommodate manual small batch production as well as high volume automated manufacture.
Additional in-house facilities include CAD design service, engineering project and modern toolroom for the manufacture of stamping dies and tools, together with jigs and fixtures.
